The fuel line between the pump and sending unit is most likely rotted away because there is very little fuel pressure as described in the video. car has no title, no title,no title, no title, no title!!!!! The car is old enough to assume ownership and get a title. it's a very easy process and they will tag it on the spot and send you a title back in a few weeks. I've seen this done numerous times,I just don't have time for it or the money. I believe this car would run if the ICM were fixed and the fuel pump. I just don't have time nor the money. the ICM is rather expensive online($179ish). There are a lot of sought after parts on this car, I have no doubts that the drivetrain is in good shape. car has sit probably 15 plus years. Process OBO my trade on something.
